In cases where we process personal data to provide services to our client and according to their instructions, we act as the processor; in extreme cases, we act as the controller.

Platform: Communication platform for enterprises BLINK.

Profiling: Any form of automated processing performed on personal data to evaluate, analyze, or predict personal aspects related to an identified or identifiable individual’s economic situation, health, demographic characteristics, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behavior, location, or movements.

Processor or Service Provider: A person that processes personal data on behalf of a controller (for example, a payment system, accounting services, etc.).

Sale of Personal Data:The exchange or transfer of personal data for monetary or other valuable consideration to a third party.

If your request is unclear, we may ask for more details. Requests are generally free, but if they are excessive, repetitive, or clearly unfounded, we may charge a fee or decline them.
